Jack Glaser

Jack Glaser is a founding member of Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman, P.C. along with David S. Trolman. The office opened its doors in 1970. Mr. Glaser graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1960, and was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1961. Mr. Glaser has been in practice as a plaintiff's personal injury lawyer, representing victims of serious accidents and medical malpractice his entire career. He has tried cases to verdict in nearly every trial court in New York City and has argued appeals in the Appellate Division and in the Court of Appeals, the highest court in New York State.
David S. Trolman
David S. Trolman, a 1960 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1961 and established Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman with Jack Glaser in 1970. Mr. Trolman has recently retired and enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
During his career, Mr. Trolman represented hundreds of people gravely injured in accidents at construction work sites. Some of the firm's largest verdicts and settlements have been won in the area of construction law.
Jeffrey A. Lichtman

Jeffrey A. Lichtman, Senior Partner and trial attorney in the firm Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman, P.C. Mr. Lichtman graduated from the University of Notre Dame receiving his Juris Doctor Degree in 1978, and thereafter, was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1979. Mr. Lichtman presently manages the day to day operation of the law firm. In addition, he continues the hard work in the courthouse and is primarily involved in Medical Negligence, Lead Paint Poisoning, Labor Law, Product Liability, and General Liability. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in all of those areas of personal injury law. Many of the results achieved in the courthouse have received significant attention in the press, and have established precedent in the legal community. In addition to his commitment to each client's cause, Mr. Lichtman has for the past decade spent considerable time and energy devoted to protecting the right to trial by a jury in civil matters.He has served as President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and continues to serve as a Board Member actively involved in the politics of the profession.
