Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TROLMAN GLASER CORLEY & LICHTMAN, P.C. (“the Firm,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit tgllaw.com (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and have designed this Site so that no optional tracking technology runs unless you affirmatively allow it.

1. Information You Provide to Us

If you use a contact form on the Site, we collect the information you submit: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the comments you write. So that we can respond knowledgeably, the form submission also includes the address of the page that referred you to the Site and the page from which you sent the message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a potential legal matter. Submitting a form does not create an attorney–client relationship; please do not include confidential details of a legal matter until we have agreed to represent you.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like virtually all websites, our web server records standard technical logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use these logs only for security and to keep the Site operating.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses the following cookies:

ASP.NET_SessionId Strictly necessary Keeps your browsing session working (for example, remembering your language selection while you navigate). Set automatically by our web server and deleted when you close your browser. Session
tglconsent Strictly necessary Remembers the cookie choice you made in our consent banner so we do not have to ask you on every page. 12 months
_ga, _gid, _gat Analytics (optional — consent required) Google Analytics cookies that help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site. These are set only if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you decline, the Google Analytics software is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Up to 24 months

We do not use advertising pixels, session-recording or screen-replay tools, keystroke logging, chat wiretaps, or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal information with data brokers.

5. Third-Party Services

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect (described in Sections 1–3 above), to request a copy of it, to request that we delete or correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws may exercise the equivalent rights the same way.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain contact-form inquiries only as long as needed to respond, to evaluate a potential matter, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold; the Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use cookies will cause the consent banner to be presented again.
